Christie Jarocha, Office Coordinator

Paula Hyler, R.D.H.

Graduating from University of Michigan in 1981 with a BS and RDH, Paula moved to Atlanta in 1988 and has been an active Hygienist ever since. With a total of over 25 years experience in dental hygiene, she is always eager to share her knowledge about good oral health and gains great satisfaction in watching patients' oral health improve. She has been with Dr. Chipps since 1999.

Paula has a great sense of humor. She resides in East Cobb with her husband of over 17 years, Mike, and two adorable girls, Kristin and Lindsey. They stay very busy with family, travel and their dogs, Raisin, Checkers and the rest of the animal menagerie.
 

Ellen Chabot, RDH, Dental Hygienist

Ellen is originally from Delaware where she graduated from hygiene school in1994. She moved to Marietta, Ga a year later. She came to Dr Chipps office with 6 years experience. Her good nature and many interests keep the patients entertained while she shares her vast knowledge of home care and clinical advice. She focuses on making the patient comfortable during the routine procedure of a dental cleaning and check-up. She has been with Dr. Chipps since late 2000.

Ellen has many interests. Volunteering her time for ushering at the Fox Theatre and helping out at the U.S. 10K walk every Labor Day are just a few examples of her many charitable endeavors. She has 3 children, Rebekah, the oldest, Ben, who is college bound in the fall and last but not least, Robert, The future Super-Star! These three keep her very busy, helping with schoolwork, being taxi mom and guiding them to a bright and successful future..
 

 Connie Cronin, RDH

Connie has lived in Roswell since 1977. She is a graduate of Clayton State College in 1982 with recognition in clinic work there. She has been a certified CPR Instructor for the American Red Cross for over 23 years. Her continuing education and on hand experience gives her the ability to care for and educate Dr Chipps' patients with the highest level of attention available. She is our resident On Call/Part time Hygienist who is always ready to assist us with our daily schedule.

She is a more than full time mom to Robbie and Stella and also cares for her mom. She and her husband Mike are active in their church, St Peter Chanel. They also spend lots of time expanding their children’s horizons with travel, education and lots of activities.
 

Lucy Bello, Lead Dental Assistant

Lucy came to Georgia in 2005 from New York, where she worked as a Dental Assistant for over 20 years. She also has training in medical ultrasound technology. Her extensive on the job and life experience made her and excellent choice for our Lead Dental assistant. She runs the back office with skill and a cheerful finesse. She is a most welcome addition to our team.

Lucy now lives in Woodstock, Ga. with her Father and her dog Corky. She also has a son Craig, who she visits often in Texas. She enjoys cooking, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
 

Maria Ayalde Henderson
Treatment Coordinator/Dental Assistant

Maria has extensive training in Dentistry and Administrative Procedure. After being inspired by her father a dentist, she received her DDS in Colombia, South America in 1994. She also specialized in Administration and Dental Auditing. Her experience includes Practice Management, Dental Auditor and Instructor. Although not currently practicing her regard for the profession is solid.

Maria married Lance Henderson and moved to Mississippi in 2004. After 2 years there Her sister introduced her to Patricia (Dr Chipps former assistant) who was on her way to Colorado to complete her DDS Degree. She moved here to Georgia. to work for Dr Chipps and be closer to her family. Her experience in the clinical as well as administrative field makes her the perfect assistant for Christie and Dr Chipps. She handles appointments, materials and supply orders plus anything else the office needs! She is a valuable addition to the staff.

Maria lives in Alpharetta, Ga. with her husband Lance and their hilarious cat, Kisses. They enjoy movies, music, computers and pop culture.
